The Sun Salutation or Surya Namaskara is a great workout sequence for your whole body - it streteches, flexes and tones the muscles of your body. In addition, it also relaxes the mind and can be meditative if you perform the rounds repeatedly. By doing the Sun Salutation, we are also expressing our gratitude to the sun, wihich gives life to everything on earth.
