Do the Bakasana with blocks

During the Malaysian Movement Control Order (MCO), we featured #StayOhm (Stay Home & Do Yoga) clips to help everyone with their home yoga practices. 

This was our first short clip where Wendy is guiding on how to do the bakasana / crow pose using blocks at home.

Always warm up your wrists and core before you do this arm balancing pose. The crow pose requires full engagement of the arms and core, and major confidence that you will not fall flat on your face as you shift your weight forward. Using the blocks will help you gain that confidence.
